Stolen Moments - Michael Alexander

Over the last two or three months I've noticed that the content of The Cream of Venus has been hijacked by unscrupulous individuals in an effort to trick my visitors and others seeking "The Cream of Venus" with false sites.  Using software the literally steal the entire contents of the blog and insert said contents onto their own blog, usually with malware, horrible spam, and other unsavory content.  So far I've identified eight or nine blogs including: (partial theft.  They've stolen content from other sources as well) (partial theft. They've stolen content from other sources as well)

Some of the various blogs get cycled out. But the one that really gets my goat is this one:

Yes, no doubt you notice how CLOSE their url is to the REAL Cream of Venus?  Just add an a!  And due to that little fact, if you try to google search anything off the Cream of Venus, their link comes up first!  How's that for crazy?

So what am I doing about it?  Well, unfortunately there isn't much.  Since I don't own the rights to any of the pictures that I'm posting here (they're all freely distributed), there isn't much of a copyright violation involved. I've already contacted Google, who were rather unhelpful, I believe mostly because this is an adult blog.

So in an effort to make this pay off, I've decided to include the tagline "Thanks for visiting Michael Alexander's The Cream of Venus!  Please visit my website @!"

And lastly, I'm going to look for THIS post on those other sites, because eventually they'll put it up.  And when they do, I'll be able to give specifics to Google.  Cause not only does the pic belong to me, but so does the written word.
